Thomas returns.
In a surprise twist, Matthew Atkinson will be returning to Bold and the Beautiful as Thomas Forrester. Thomas left the CBS soap in July 2024 when Thomas departed for Paris with Douglas, after Hope (Annika Noelle) rejected his marriage proposal.
While there, Thomas spent some time with Paris Buckingham (Diamond White). The two started dating and when Thomas proposed, Paris said yes, even happy to settle down and become a step-mommy to Douglas (Henry Samiri).
Thomas and Paris returned to L.A. and Forrester in June 2024 for a short visit. There’s no word on whether Paris or Douglas will be accompanying him on the trip.
On Monday, August 11, Atkinson posted an Instagram of himself playing cornhole on the B&B studio lot, which ignited speculation about his return among viewers. Thope (Thomas and Hope) supporters are thrilled with the prospect of revisiting that dynamic.
