The soap star arrived on the Cobbles as Beth Tinker in 2011 and continues to be one of the show’s most important characters. Beth’s storylines have largely centred around her romance with Kirk Sutherland, who she married in 2015.

Lisa regularly keeps fans updated with her life away from the screen on Instagram. She has taken to social media recently to reveal she enjoyed a trip to Venice with former co-star, Katie McGlynn.

Lisa is now back from her Italian trip and decided to change her look as she said: “New hair… don’t care. Finally got my hair cut shorter after 13 years!.”

Lisa showed off the hair transformation before she jetted off to Canada for a Corrie tour. She will be joined on the trip by co-star, Mollie Gallagher, who plays Nina Lucas in the show.

She shared a snap in the airport with the caption: “And boarding! Bon voyage! See you soon.”
