‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) seems prepared to finally receive the retribution she is due.

Elena was tricked by Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) into thinking there was no connection between him and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), but she finally learned the awful reality. It has been satisfying to watch Elena stand up for herself and make Nate feel inferior.

Nate’s phony “nice guy” character has grown old to Elena since it no longer represents the Nate she has come to know. Despite Victoria and Nate being a formidable team, Elena is still motivated by her desire for vengeance for Nate’s infidelity at the beginning of their relationship.

Elena knows she’s made errors in the past, but she holds Nate responsible for his treachery and thinks she has every right to pursue revenge if she so chooses.

At first, Elena seems prepared to watch Nate’s romance with Victoria deteriorate on its own. She now seems to be taking a more assertive stance, implying that she plans to humiliate Nate and make him suffer, guaranteeing some tremendous drama on Y&R.

Nate will be warned by Elena in the upcoming episode airing on August 3 that his games would eventually backfire. Additionally, they’ll burn you to the ground. Who knows, though? I could be the one to start the fire.

Could this be a hint that Elena is planning to ruin Nate’s life and make him unhappy? Elena looks well-suited to uncover Nate’s cunning side and show Victoria and the Newmans that he cannot be trusted because she is a resentful and scorned person.

In the upcoming weeks, Elena may have the upper hand in destroying Nate’s life if she collects enough proof to prove his dishonest behavior. Will Elena be the cause of Nate’s failure, leaving him sad, alone, and without a job?

The reference to “lighting the fire” raises the possibility that Elena will exact retribution. It remains to be seen if she manages to defeat Nate, but the plot promises to be intriguing and compelling.
